Pikaboo Photo Booth Service Pricing

We offer several reasonably priced packages and options to accommodate your event.  You can be sure any rental package will be a lot of fun!


All Packages Include

(2) 2x6 Photo Strip Prints Each Sitting - Unlimited sittings during operation - Choice of Color or B&W prints - Choice of print layouts (one 4x6 print or two 2x6 photostrip prints per sitting) - Digital Download of all photos - 3 month online photo gallery - Pikaboo staff - Delivery, setup, and take down - Customized screens and prints with event name - Guest compliments are complimentary

    Photo Booth Operation 

    • $75 per additional 30 minutes of Pikaboo photo booth use time requested day of event
    • $200 Cordless photo booth operation (6 hours max subject to equipment availability)
    • $30/hr Extra print of each sitting - (additional 2 photo strips or 1 4x6 print)
    • $30 per 30 minutes Standby Time (example: pause photo booth after cocktail hour for dinner and resume after dinner)
    • $50 for social media interactivy.  Subject to wireless signal availability and limited by signal strength.  $40 if on site WiFi available.  Subject to wifi signal availability and limited by signal strength.

    Customization and Extras

    • $60 Graphic Artist custom screens and photo strips special made for your event (2 hours of work)
    • $40 Memory book table  setup with Multi-color paper, page refills, and scrapbook supplies
    • $25 12"x12" scrapbook (for 2, 3, or 4 hour events requesting Memory book table)
    • $125 Digital photo collage featuring photo booth pics set to music and custom text Includes (2) DVD copies plus YouTube 720p HD upload
    • $200 Custom wedding backdrop 4.5' x 6' personalized with first names, last name, event date, and color options printed on canvas - includes seamstress hire to finish for photo booth backdrop 

    Frames (Request at time of booking)

    • $1.50 Photo strip acrylic L-Frame or magnetic holder sold to client prior to event
    • $2.00 Photo strip acrylic L-Frame or magnetic holder sold at event
    • $1.00  Bookmark sleeves with tassel

    Special Pricing

    • 50% discount to military homecoming "Welcome Home" celebration
    • 10% discount to fire, law, and military personnel hosting an event or party
    • 10% discount to teachers
    • 15% discount off a rental held within 12 months of a previous rental date
    • 50% off any package every (4) regularly priced paid bookings/referrals
    • Student governments may book at $150/hr minimum 2 hours.
    • Non-Profit organizations and churches discount and fundraising available


    Payment types accepted are cash, check, or credit cards using PayPal online or card swipe.

    A deposit of $100 must be remitted at time of booking to reserve an event date.  A contract will be emailed for digital signature to bind the agreement.  Final payment is due 21 days prior to event date.

    Cancellations and Date Changes

      Things happen for better or for worse, we've all been there.  We hope to accommodate any changes that come up.


      60+ days before event:  100% refund of deposit30-59 days before event:  50% refund of deposit plus any additional amount put down less than 30 days before event: No refund of deposit.  Any additional amounts put down will be refunded.  Deposit will be refunded if we are able to create another booking for the cancelled day.In all cases, any amount retained by Pikaboo Photography may be credited to a future event date scheduled to be held within 12 months of cancelled event date.

      Date Changes

      We will attempt to accommodate any date changes needed free of charge.  If a date change cannot be met, the above listed cancellation policies may apply if no other agreement is made between Pikaboo Photography and the client.

      NOTES:  Packages, options, and pricing are subject to change at any time.  The photo booth foot print requires a minimum of 6’L x 6’W x 6’H.  These measurements do not include table for memory book nor ingress & egress.  Power must be available within 10’ of photo booth using standard 3-pong 110V 20A wall outlet not shared by any other electrical equipment.  A safe path for a short length of extension must be available for booth operation.
